05/27/2016: Kettlebell Swings, Step-Ups and Trunk Work!

Atu getting his workout done outside last night! TRX in the tree, Kettlebell in the grass, and the "Don't put me on the website face"! Gotcha dude!

REMINDER: Don't forget about our Annual Memorial Day Workout! Meet in Barrett Park at 8:30 AM on Monday. You will need a Kettlebell for the workout.

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete 4 rounds of the following 3-minute workout. Rest 1 minute between each of the 4 rounds.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes

100-Yard Sprint

12 Box Jumps or  Box Step-Ups

21 Russian Kettlebell Swings

Record the total rounds completed across all 4 efforts.
