SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Lunge Steps.

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

Run 0.25 miles

25 Sit-ups

20 Kettlebell Swings              

15 Pushups

10 Goblet Squats

5 Burpees
