SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

“Lungbuster!”

Complete 5 rounds of the following as quickly as possible

50 Double Unders

100 yard sprint

50 Mountain Climbers  (each leg is 1 rep)

100 yard sprint
