It's that time again…SEAL inspired Fitness Test!

1.5 Mile Run

2 minutes Max Reps Pushups

2 Minutes Max Reps Situps

2 Minutes Max Reps Squats

Let's see some serious improvement!  Last time we did the test was 3.02.11. If you are interested in your previous scores, the google document is up.

Pullups anyone? There are only 3 days left in the challenge and looks like KMass and Lmart are running away with it.
