Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Lunge Steps.

“Fifty Finale!”

Complete the following (in order) as quickly as possible:

50 Kettlebell Swings              

50 Double Unders (150 Single Jump Rope Skips)

50 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

50 Goblet Squats   (use KB)

50 Box Jumps  (sub 2:1 Step-ups for a total of 100)

50 Kettlebell Cleans (25/arm)

50 Lunge Steps (each leg counts as 1 rep)

50 Burpees
