05/23/2016: Bodyweight Workout! Simple stuff…Squats, Pushups, X-Situps and Sprints!

Workout #144 of 366 (2016)

Today's workout is great for the outdoors AND for those of you traveling in the coming weeks, the workout is perfect on the beach, in the mountains or anywhere else you might be this summer! Knock it out today and set the bar for yourself!

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete 4 Rounds of the following sequence

15 seconds SPRINT, 15 seconds REST

30 seconds Squats, 30 seconds REST

15 seconds SPRINT, 15 seconds REST

30 seconds Pushups, 30 seconds REST

15 seconds SPRINT, 15 seconds REST

30 seconds X-Situps, 30 seconds REST

Record your results. Perhaps it’s your total reps, perhaps it’s how you felt during the workout, or maybe it’s a record of the movements you modified.
