WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Lunge Steps.

Buy-In:1 Minute Plank Hold

then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

12 Dumbbell Push Press

Sprint 100 yards

12 V-ups

Sprint 100 Yards

12 Dumbbell Front Squats            

then…

Cash-out: 30 Half Turkish Get-ups  (15/side, use dumbbell or kettlebell)
