FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Complete 4 rounds

10 Kettlebell Halos (each direction)

10 Kettlebell Kneeling Press (each side)

10 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (each arm)

10 Goblet Squats

Sprint 350 meters

FRIDAY FlAB AWAY!

3 minutes is plenty

1 minute Side Plank (right)

1 minute Side Plank (left)

1 minute Dead Bugs
