TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Lunge Steps.

Buy-In: Max rep Lunge Steps in 2 minutes. Each leg counts as 1 rep.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes.

Run 0.25 miles OR perform 250 Jump Rope Skips

21 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts

12 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean

21 Pushups

Cash-out: MAX rep Sit-ups  in 2 minutes.
