FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 10 Pushups,10 Squats, and MAX time Plankhold.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell.

#1: Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes

10 Russian Kettlebell Swings

#2: 7 minutes of work

50-yard Suitcase Carry (left)

5 Pushups

50-yard Suitcase Carry (right)

5 Kettlebell Floor Press (per side)

#3: Run 0.5 miles as fast as possible

FRIDAY FLAB AWAY!

3 Minute Abs!

30 seconds Scissors

30 seconds Side Plank (right)

30 seconds Side Plank (left)

*Repeat
