WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups,10 Squats, and MAX time Plank hold.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Jump Rope

#1: Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 7 minutes

20 Mountain Climbers   (per leg)

10 Spiderman Plank (5/side)

5 Star Jumps

After 7 minutes, REST 2 minutes, then…

#2: Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 4 minutes

20 Double Unders or 40 Jump Rope Skips

10 Jumping Lunge Steps (5/leg) or Lunge Steps  (5/leg)

Record your rounds for each workout.
