MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts (burpee w/out the pushup)

Tabata Time!

Complete 8 rounds of each of the following movements.  A round consists of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Speed Skaters

One Arm Kettlebell Push Press  (alternate arms each round)

Kettlebell Split Squat  (alternate arms each round)

One Arm Kettlebell Swings   (alternate arms each round)

Jump Rope Skips
