SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Jump Rope, Heavy object

“Something different”

Complete 3 rounds of the following

2 minutes Jump Rope Skips

100 Yard Heavy Object Carry (Pick up the heaviest object you can and carry it 100 yards. You may carry the object anyway you’d like, but you may NOT have any outside assistance from straps, other humans, or any other device that makes carrying easier!)

Record your total time.
