Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Lunge Steps.

Complete 5 Rounds as quickly as possible:

RUN 400 yards

18 Overhead Squats  (use PVC pipe, a Barbell, Broomstick, etc.)

18 Overhead Lungesteps (use the same PVC pipe, barbell, broomstick, etc.)

18 Dips  (use a bench, box, rings, or bars)
