WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Location: Gym/Weight Room

Equipment: Kettlebell

"Something different"

Complete 3 Rounds of the following as quickly as possible:

2 Laps around the gym (~400m)

20 Burpees

14 Kettlebell Power Snatches (7/arm)

REST or work on mobility, then…

5 minutes of MAX reps Pullups

 

PULLUP CHALLENGE: KMass and LMart are in a serious dogfight! Can anyone catch them?
