TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

#1: 7 Minutes

15 seconds Russian Kettlebell Swings

15 seconds REST

***Rest 2 minutes then…***

#2: 9 Minutes

2 Goblet Squats, 2 Pushups

3 Goblet Squats, 3 Pushups

5 Goblet Squats, 5 Pushups

Sprint 100 Yards

Record the weight used for the Kettlebell Swings and Goblet Squats.
