MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

Complete 20 minutes of work

20 Yards Crawl (any style – click link for a video of variations)

Sprint 80 Yards

20 Squats

10 Pike Pushups

20 Side Lunges (10/leg)

10 V-ups

20 Split Squats (10/leg)

Record the amount of work you completed.
