WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Lunge Steps.

“Mini-Workout Trifecta”

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes

12 Squats

9 Pushups

*****Rest exactly 3 minutes*****

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes

9 Box Jumps

6 Mountain Climbers (each leg equals ½ rep)

*****Rest exactly 2 Minutes*****

#3: Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes

6 Dumbbell Thrusters

3 Burpees
