TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

Buy-In:  Max Rep  Situps in 2 minutes

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes

100 Yard Sprint

21 Russian Kettlebell Swings

12 Pushups

21Goblet Squats w/Kettlebell

Cash-out: 30 seconds MAX rep Lateral Jumps (left foot), 30 seconds MAX rep Lateral Jumps (right foot)
