MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Lunge Steps.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

25 Squats

20 Low Carry Dumbbell Lungesteps (15/leg)

15 Dumbbell Hang High Pulls

10 Dips  (use rings, bar, box, bench, or chair)

Sprint 100 Meters

    Today’s Workout

    Everything was good today, but you can keep those lunge steps!  I even tried to keep up with the machines.
