FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 seconds Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 13 minutes

13 Goblet Squats

13 Jumping Jacks

13 Russian Kettlebell Swings

13 Kettlebell Split Squat (per leg)

13 Pushups

FRIDAY FLAB AWAY!

Complete 13 rounds of the following

3 Situps

2 V-ups

1 Pushup-to-Plank
