Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 seconds Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells or None.

Complete 4 rounds of the following. For each exercise, you’ll work 40 seconds then rest for 20 seconds. You will complete all 4 rounds of an exercise before moving to the next.

Dumbbell Front Squat or Squats

Contralateral Limb Raises

Dumbbell Shoulder Press or Pike Pushups  or Pushups

Mountain Climbers   

Record any modifications you used to complete this workout and your time to completion.
