05/13/2014 – Swing into Summer Day #9!

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell, Object for jumping (bench, wall, box)

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes

Sprint 200 yards

20 Russian Kettlebell Swings

10 Box Jumps

**Rest 2 minutes**

#2: Complete 3 rounds of the following

30 seconds Weighted Side Bends (with KB – Left)

30 seconds Weighted Side Bends (with KB – Right)

30 seconds Pushup-to-Plank

30 seconds REST

Record your rounds for #1 and time for #2.
