THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Box or Wall.

#1: Complete 4 Rounds of the following

40 seconds Plank with Shoulder Taps, 20 seconds Rest

50 seconds Box Step-Ups, 10 seconds Rest

40 seconds Scissors, 20 seconds Rest

50 seconds Jingle Jangles, 10 seconds Rest

1 minute REST
