TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell, Bench, Box or Wall, and a Resistance Band (if available)

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes

Sprint 100 yards

15 Russian Kettlebell Swings

10 Weighted Box Step-Ups

5 Burpees      

**Rest 2 minutes**

#2: Complete 2 Rounds of the following

40 seconds Hollow Body Hold, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Slow Crawl, 20 seconds REST

40 seconds Band Pull Aparts or Floor Slides, 20 seconds REST
