WEDNESDAY WORKOUT
Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Jump Rope/Dumbbells
Complete 4 Rounds of the following
1 minute Jump Rope
50 seconds Mountain Climbers
40 seconds Dumbbell Bent Over Row
30 seconds Dumbbell Shoulder Press
20 seconds One Arm Dumbbell Snatch (right arm Rounds 1&3, left arm Rounds 2&4)
10 seconds Squat Thrusts
1 minute REST
Record any modifications you made to the workout and the weight of your Dumbbells.
