SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Something heavy.

"CARRY DAY!"

Pick up the heaviest object you can and carry it as far as possible in 5 minutes.

Record the object you used, it’s mass and how far you carried the object. 

Don't forget your swings today!
