Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Lunge Steps.

Workout:   Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

2 Turkish Getups  (Use 1 dumbbell)

4 Dumbbell Burpees  (jump up with dumbbells at your sides)

6 Pushup  to Mountain Climbers (do a pushup, then do a mountain climber with each leg prior to going into the next pushup)

8 Weighted Sit-ups  (use 1 Dumbbell)

Sprint 100 Yards

Record and post your rounds. Don’t forget to “LIKE” the workout if you performed it.
