WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Location: Stadium Field

Equipment: Dumbbells, Jump Rope

Complete 5 Rounds of the following movements as quickly as possible:

10 DB Thrusters

20 DB Low Carry Wall Step-ups

Sprint across the field toward benches

10 Dips

20 Jump Rope Skips

Sprint back across field toward wall

**Note: There is a 18 minute time limit. If you get done before time is called, I have some Jump Rope skill work for you.
