SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell, Dumbbell, or Barbell.

30 Turkish Getups (15/side) – These are not for time! They are for quality. If your form breaks down, drop the weight and SLOW down.

Record the weight you used.
