05/09/2016: Sprints and Bodyweight Workout!

 

Awesome job at the Tri-Cities 5/10K on Saturday! Great to see our racers and great to see some many people out in the neighborhood supporting the race! Thanks Coach Amy for being a great photographer during the race and for bringing her boys out to the race to cheer!

Workout #130 of 366 (2016)                      

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching    \\ followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

#1: Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes

SPRINT 30 seconds

REST 30 seconds

#2: Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes

8 Squats

6 Walking Lunge Steps

4 Pushups

2 Broad Jumps
