Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 4 rounds of the following (going for MAX reps)

1 minute Situps

1 minute Squat Thrusts

1 minute Lunge Steps

1 minute  Box Jumps

1 minute REST
