MONDAY WORKOUT

Location: Track

Equipment: None

As quickly as possible, complete the following:

1 mile run

30 Burpees

60 Situps

30 Tuck Jumps

There is a 20 minute time limit.  If you finish prior to 20 minutes elapsing, do as many additional laps around the track as possible.
