TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Lunge Steps.

3 Tasks: Complete each task as quickly as possible resting as needed or if needed (25 minute time limit for workout).

Run 800 meters

10 V-ups

15 Pushups

20 Squats

12 Manmakers
