THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete the following

Run 4 minutes

1 minute Side Lunges (alternating legs)

1 minute Squat Hold

1 minute Box Step-Ups

1 minute Rest

Run 2 minutes

30 seconds Pushups

30 seconds Broad Jumps

30 seconds Pike Pushups

30 seconds Rest

Run 1 minute

Record any modifications you used.
