MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Lunge Steps.

Partner Tabata– Get a partner and storm through the following alternating exercises with your partner. You will work for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Repeat the work/rest interval for the entire workout. Each section of the workout consists of a couplet. Partner one will do the first movement and partner two will do the second movement. Switch movements each interval until the 6 minutes are up for the couplet. Proceed to the next couplet without resting more than the allotted 10 seconds.

Couplet #1  6 minutes

Kettlebell Swings        

Box Jumps  or Step-ups

Couplet #2 6  minutes

Kettlebell Halo with Ribbon

Sit-ups

Couplet #3: 6 minutes

Burpees

Goblet Squats  w/ KB
