FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell/Jump Rope

Complete 16 minutes of work. You can count your rounds if you’d like, but QUALITY is king today!

100 Jump Rope Skips

40 Russian Kettlebell Swings

20 Split Squats (10/side) – add weight if you are able to maintain excellent form

50-yard Suitcase Carry (left)

50-yard Suitcase Carry (right)

Record your weight used and any modifications you made to the workout.
