MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete 5 rounds of the following workout. Rest 1 minute between rounds.

In 3 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible

3 Close Grip Pushups

3 Plank Jacks

3 Donkey Kicks     

3 Jumping Lunge Steps

3 Jumping Squats

Sprint 50 yards

Record your TOTAL rounds.
