Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Celebrate today with a grain and almost sugar free, "Skinny Margarita" (after work, of course!): Fill a glass with ice, a shot (or two) of tequila, sqeezed lime wedges, and top it off with soda water or some LaCroix. Delicious and refreshing!

THURSDAY WORKOUT

Location: Stadium Field

Equipment: Kettlebell (no 4 Kg allowed today!)

This workout consists of 3 rounds of 5 exercises performed for one minute each. There is a 1 minute rest between rounds. Your goal is max effort each exercise! In total you will be doing 15 minutes of work. Exercises must be performed in order, but you can start at any exercise.

3 Rounds for max reps:

1 minute Squats

1 minute Sumo Deadlift High Pull (with Kettlebell)

1 minute Step-ups/Box Jumps

1 minute Burpees 

1 minute Shuttle Run

1 minute Rest
