Warmup:   Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 4 rounds of the following:

1 Minute MAX rep Jump Rope Skips

1 Minute MAX rep Sit-ups

1 Minute MAX rep Kettlebell Swings

1 Minute MAX rep Grasshoppers

1 Minute Rest

*Note: There is no rest between movements, only rest 1 minute after the completion of all four movements.
