SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs(hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

Run 5K or 10K.

Want to run under race conditions? Come out and participate in the Tri-Cities 5/10K today! The race starts at 8:00 AM and you can register today for $30.
