THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 3 rounds of the following

1 minute One Arm Kettlebell Swings(left arm)

1 minute Kettlebell Windmill(left arm)

1 minute Kettlebell Split Squat  (left leg)

1 minute One Arm Kettlebell Swings(right arm)

1 minute Kettlebell Windmill (right arm)

1 minute Kettlebell Split Squat  (right leg)

1 minute REST
