04/29/2016: Kettlebell Workout! Press and Swing!

Today is Kim Mulkey's last day at Barrett Park. Kim started Boot Camp as a Woodward Academy Faculty member 6 years ago and then upon moving to a new school elected to join the Barrett Park Outdoor Fitness Program for the past year. Kim has inspired many with the amazing changes she has made during her time with us! From Steak and Shake (and other fast food delicacies) a few times/week to the strong, healthy badass mama she is today, it's been a pleasure to work with and train Kim! We wish you the best as you move to your new home!

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell, Jump Rope

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes

5 One Arm Kettlebell Swings, 5 Press (Strong Arm)

50 Jump Rope Skips
