MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

100 Yard Sprint

15 Pushups

60 Jump Rope Skips  OR 20 Double Unders

15 Kettlebell Swings  (suggested weight: Men 30 – 53#, Women 15 – 35#)
