TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell.  

Complete the following:

#1:  Complete 4 rounds:

3 minutes

Run 0.25 miles

25 Russian Kettlebell Swings

**Rest during the remaining time in each 3 minute interval**

#2: 2 minutes of Walking Lunge Steps

 “AB”-ril Workout #28:

20 Bird Dogs       (per side)

20 Scissors (per side)

20 Glute Bridges

20 Windshield Wipers (Floor)
