MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.        

Complete the following:

#1:  Complete as 4 rounds:

3 minutes

Run 0.2 miles

15 Pushups

**Rest during the remaining time in each 3 minute interval**

#2: 50 Walking Lunge Steps

“AB”-ril Workout #28:

20 Bird Dogs      

20 Flutter Kicks(use a 4-count…1-2-3-4-ONE, 1-2-3-4-TWO…)

20 Glute Bridges

20 Windshield Wipers (Floor)
