EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Timing Device
#1:Complete 2 rounds of
Run 5 minutes (cover as much ground as possible)
Rest 2 minutes
Immediately following the 2-minute recovery in round 2, start #2.
#2:Complete 5 rounds of the following
1 minute run
30 seconds rest
Record your distance for each interval.
