MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes

20-meter Crab Walk

20 Total Body Extensions

20-meter Slow Crawl

20 Side Lunges(10/side)

200 meter Run

Record your rounds and any modifications you made to today’s workout
