REMINDER! The next Running Endurance Training Class will be held tomorrow at 9:00 AM at Barrett Park. This is a FREE class and you are welcome to invite friends, family, and anyone else you think might enjoy a great workout. Hope to see you all there!


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).


Complete 4 rounds of the following

1 minute 15-Yard Shuttle Run (15 yards out and back)

then, Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes

15 Russian Kettlebell Swings

10 V-ups

5 Star Jumps

**Rest 1 minute between each of the 4 rounds.**
