Put some weight on your barbell and take it for a walk!

SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes

15 Russian Kettlebell Swings

10 V-ups

5 Star Jumps

Perform after you have completed the warmup or at the conclusion of your workout.

30 Kettlebell Situps (or use any weight you have)
